We have a team of experts that can provide you with an estimate within one business day. We offer discovery calls and exploration stages to help us determine the scope for your project, so we know what services are needed.

We’ll work with you to understand the project parameters, prepare an estimate based on those requirements and contract out services. Once everything is approved, we can schedule kickoff calls where our teams will discuss how they’ll complete this transcription assignment—and get it done right!

What are your transcription rates?

Rates range from $2.49 to $3.49 per minute for transcription projects, depending on the number of speakers and amount of quality assurance requested—volume discounts may apply!

We provide various dynamic billing options for legal certification transcriptions, starting at just $30 per hour and $300-$350 per audio hour, with volume discounts available for longer contracts.

Monthly retainers will give you peace of mind knowing that your account is always covered for ongoing arrangements such as medical practice demands or professional conferences that require regular communication updates over time.

For ongoing or medical accounts, we offer clients a number of different dynamic billing options to fit your budget. You can choose from fixed project fees that will be charged each time you need our services up until the maximum is reached

We’re committed to getting you back up and running as soon as possible. For complex projects or ongoing accounts, our service level agreement guarantees that your files will be delivered within 24 hours (or sooner) after we’ve received them from you!
